By accessing or using Go For Show's project management platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. Privacy
Articulate Entertainment LLC, DBA Go For Show collects personal information from users to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell or share your personal information for profit.

4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Go For Show and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Go For Show.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Go For Show makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Go For Show, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Articulate Entertainment LLC, DBA Go For Show, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
8. Termination
Articulate Entertainment LLC, DBA Go For Shown may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
10. Changes to Terms
Articulate Entertainment LLC, DBA Go For Show reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
